Suhyeon Kim (김수현 Kim Su-Hyeon) is the main protagonist of Questism. He is both the undisputed Top Dog at West Gangbuk High and the overarching leader of the entire Gangbuk region. Suhyeon is the second person to unify Gangbuk in its entirety, following Johan Seong's legacy.
Suhyeon’s life was one of constant bullying, which left him feeling powerless and wishing for a life like the ones in the video games he played. This was granted in the form of the System, a mysterious game-like interface that gives him quests to become stronger.
With the powers of the System at his disposal, Suhyeon was able to defeat Hajun Gu, the previous "Top Dog" of West Gangbuk High, and taking his place as the school’s most dominant fighter. From there, he defeated other key figures in Gangbuk. He defeats Kang Seok of South Gangbuk and Han Jaeha of East Gangbuk, His most significant victory, was against Yun Jo, the second user of the System, and Top Dog of North Gangbuk. By defeating Yun Jo, Suhyeon eliminated his most dangerous rival and the last major obstacle in the way of unifying Gangbuk.

Suhyeon initially has a slender, average height build with slightly messy, black hair. His bangs often fall just above his eyes, lending a disheveled, unassuming look. He typically wears simple, casual clothing that aligns with his low-profile personality. Suhyeon’s expression often conveys a mix of indifference and frustration, with bags under his eyes hinting at fatigue or stress.
After the time skip, Suhyeon’s appearance transforms drastically. He becomes taller and gains a leaner, more defined physique, emphasizing his increased confidence and combat prowess. His black hair is now styled with more care, still slightly messy but with a sharper, more intentional look that frames his face. His eyes are sharper and more intense, with a piercing gaze that reflects his matured personality and heightened resolve. His clothing choices become more distinctive, often incorporating jackets or fitted clothing that accentuate his build.
Personality[]
Suhyeon is relatively peaceful by nature, as evidenced by his reluctance to start a crew at the beginning of the series. His desire to protect his crew and keep them safe has driven Suhyeon to better himself and enhance his positive qualities further during the timeskip. Suhyeon also likes to have a good time, and is not shy to use comedy as a tool even in questionable scenarios.
